the brake fluid is corrosive so it sorta leaves a ghost on plastic n stuff after it gets buffed and i thin its 1/2 of a tin as in a tin that u would normally use a brush with.... bucket paint post more soon.

the brake fluid makes it acidic (use a pen with a metal body) so it burns the surface leaving a mark even after buff, like an etch pen but not as acidic. . . i think anyway

check this out. 8 parts ink. any color of india ink. 1 1/2 parts brake fluid, and HERES THE TRICKY PART! just a little bit (1/2 part) maple syrup. the fluid and ink mix is a little bit over-drippy, and just shit-ass messy on your hands. but for some reason just a little syrup makes it all come together just right.

peace.

the one ive tried is get an empty marker pilot preferabley cause its metal
put in a 1/4 of inferno
1/4 of grog
1/4 brake fluid
and
1/4 of india ink or copik ink
it will be heavy drippy but just add a tiny bit of charcoal to thicken it a bit
then put them in a pot and heat them so they merge together,DONT BOIL THEM just heat them so they mix and then fill up your pen and destroy

What would be a good ink to make for a plastic-bodied marker?

I don't particularly want to make anything too acidic, to be quite honest.

it tends not to be that cheap, but the art store in glasgow is selling them reduced just now.

but before you waste your money, theyre shit for anything you're gonna do outside cos theyre water based and not very tough at all.

peace
